APPARECCHIO PER PROVE DI ISOLAMENTO
 
 
EPK  610  is  a  single  appliance   including  two  instruments  allowing  to   test insulation  resistance  and   to verify either dielectric strength or applied voltage tightness for the basic tests Required by IEC, EN and CEI regulations concerning electrical insulation. EPK 610 was designed and made to follow microprocessor technology, in accordance with IEC 1180, EN 61180 and CEI 42 regulations.
Either cycle or single tests can easily be performed and the result can be stored in memory for further processing. 
By  means  of  both  a parallel gate and a serial gate RS 232, it is possible to link EPK610  to  a  printer  or  a  PC  to  transfer test results. Thanks to the electronic handling  of  test  voltage,  it  is  possible  to  predefine  either  its  value  or   its ramp/slope to take voltage to its full value without using a manual variator. 
EPK  610  is  a  very  compact  appliance interfacing with the operator through 9 keys and an alphanumeric LCD,  that make handling and running of different tests very easy. 
EPK 610 can be operated also through a PLC or keyboard, using a connector on the back panel. The connector makes all control keys, alarm and I/O signals available. 
To   improve  the  operator  safety  and  to  make  EPK  610  ergonomic,  all   the connectors  are  put only on the back of the appliance, while the function buttons and  all  the  information  necessary  to  the correct execution of the tests can be very easily found on the frontal panel. 
Its  little  size makes EPK 610 proper to be used in measurement laboratories or on production lines, where flexibility and ease in use are essential.  
Setting verification, executed with S.I.T. certified instruments, is an integral part of the appliance.
